Apartments are divided into two buildings that are connected to a shared garage and garden. Along Kuggavogur road is a three to six storey apartment building and by Súðarvogur is a five unit terraced house on three floors. Car storage is partially underground and partially open. On top of the garage is a common garden. In the garage is another garden which plays a significant role in the water solutions along with gardening beds and green roofs. The outer surface of the building is characterized by its light concrete. The wall surface is broken up with colored surfaces between windows on the upper floors and darker surfaces can be found on parts of the ground floor and stairwells.
