Trilluvogur 1

An apartment building with three to six floors at Kuggavogur and a three-story townhouse at Súðarvogur with an open parking garage and a shared garden between the houses. There are 46 apartments on the site. The apartments are varied in type and size, from two to six rooms. The apartment building is stepped down in height and the apartments on the top and first floors have roof gardens, while others have spacious balconies. The buildings are cast in place, insulated on the inside and have grassed roofs that play an important role, along with plant beds, in the overwatering solutions for the site. The surface of the building is characterized by light concrete. The wall surface is broken up with colored surfaces between windows on the upper floors and darker surfaces can be found on parts of the ground floors and stairwells.
