A four-story residential building with 78 apartments and mixed-use on ground level. The building is split in two to the north and south of the existing building at Hafnarbraut 11. 

On ground floor there is retail and service space and parking spaces in the basement. There is a variety of apartment types in different sizes ranging from two to five bedrooms. 

The buildings are cast in situ, insulated on the outside and clad with horizontal fiber cement panels that form a slatted frame. Colored exterior surfaces divide the buildings into units.
