The building consists of two parts, five and eight stories high, connected by a central staircase tower at the main entrance. A three-story parking garage is located in the basement. The building is divided into rental units of varying sizes for unrelated parties.

The first floor houses shops, restaurants and a hair salon. Offices on the upper floors are furnished to suit the needs of each tenant, either as open or closed office space or a combination of both. More than twenty companies operate in the building.
